Two teenagers, Brian Reardon, 19, and a 15-year-old boy, have been arrested in connection with a Christmas Day shooting that left another teen, Brenden Watkins, 17, with multiple gunshot wounds. The suspects are believed to have known each other from online gaming and traveled from Tampa to exchange an alleged stolen AR-style rifle for the weapon. Despite attempts to save Watkins, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The two teens were charged with third-degree murder and will be tried as adults.
