It's the last day for The Little Bar. Beloved campus bar to shutter March 29

The Little Bar, a popular Ohio State-area watering hole, is set to close its doors on March 29 due to the demolition of the building by Texas developer American Campus Communities. The bar opened in 2006 with the intention of becoming a central part of the Ohio State community. The owner, John Massimiani, has been trying to buy the building for years but was unable to find a buyer. He estimates that he has invested roughly $500,000 into The Little Bar over his 20 years in running. Despite efforts to relocate other locations, The Bar's social media post does not suggest a rebirth.
