Mark Morris High School announces changes to rebuild trust after student rape allegations

Longview Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Karen Cloninger has announced changes to strengthen student safety and restore trust at Mark Morris High School in Longview, Texas. The changes come after two students were arrested and charged with rape for alleged assaults on other boys on the school's basketball team.
