Skate brand Carpet Company has opened a new retail space in Baltimore, combining fashion, art, and community under one roof. The brand, founded in 2015 by brothers Ayman and Osama Abdeldayem, has expanded its footprint with a new location inside a historic building that dates back to at least 1929. The building, originally designed as a bank and designed by local architect Clyde N. Friz, spans roughly 10,400 square feet and includes over 1,300 square feet dedicated to retail. The retail space offers a curated mix of Carpet's signature gear and sneakers, while the second floor will function as an art gallery.
