Pedestrian pushing cart struck, killed in Cloverleaf area hit-and-run

A pedestrian has been killed following a hit-and-run in east Harris County, Texas. The incident occurred around 3:16 a.m. on Sunday. The pedestrian was reportedly pushing a cart when the vehicle hit. Police are now looking for the driver, possibly a sedan.
