Ezekiel "Zeke" Lewis has been named the new chairman/CEO of Epic Records, succeeding Sylvia Rhone who had been in the role for 11 years. Lewis had previously served as president at the label since 2023 and was instrumental in guiding the careers of several top artists. He has been with Epic since 2018 and had been co-running with general manager Rick Sackheim. Prior to this, Lewis was senior vp of A&R at Motown and has worked on songs by Justin Bieber, Usher, and Britney Spears.
