FiNO, the former Rockbar on Colfax Avenue, is set to officially debut on March 23 with a more grown-up concept at the All Inn motel. The restaurant was originally held at Rockbar from 2006 until 2012, but has since grown up and transformed into a more adult concept. FiNO owner Steven Waters and the team behind the revamp of the All In, which is now elevated to a "hotel" rather than its former "motel" status, have created a sleek bar and restaurant where MD 20/20 has been replaced by colorful displays of wine and spirits. Maximalist Experience Designed, founded by Abigail Plantier, is behind the look of the revamped space. The All Inn Hotel officially debuts on March 26.
