David Chang is bringing his cult-favorite fried chicken to Coral Gables this month

David Chang's fried chicken concept, Fuku, is set to open its first standalone South Florida location on March 11 at 135 Miracle Mile in Coral Gables. The restaurant, which started as a secret off-menu sando at Momofuku Noodle Bar in NYC, features a tight, focused menu featuring fried chicken sandos breaded in-house and served on a butter-toasted potato roll. The first 135 guests will receive a limited-edition tote featuring Momofuka Chili Crunch, Milk Bar cookies, a $20 Fuku gift card and various items. The opening day will also feature a vintage photo booth and custom Fuku T-shirt screen printing.
