Feds arrest Milwaukee landlord accused of drug trafficking

A federal criminal complaint alleges that a Milwaukee landlord, Samuel Stair, rented properties to drug traffickers to use as'stash houses' to store drugs and distribute them. Federal authorities have charged a MILWAUKEE LANDLORD and 17 others with knowingly renting to drug dealers. The complaint also alleges that Stair also used these properties to supply 'trap houses' for drug distribution. The year-long investigation began in 2024 and led to the arrest and charges of 18 people. Stair was the owner of Real Estate Company S2 PROPERTIES and its OWNER, SAMUEL STARE. The federal authorities have also been charged with drug trafficking.
