John M. Arango-Taborda, a 27-year-old man from Elizabeth, is facing charges of first-degree aggravated manslaughter and second-degree vehicular homicide. The incident occurred on Sunday, March 29 at the intersection of McCarter Highway and South Street in Newark. Neither of the cars were carrying passengers.
