The Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee voted to restore funding for two crucial behavioral health programs, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and Peer Support Services, which were cut in 2025. The Joint Legislative Millennium Fund Committee, which oversees tobacco settlement funds, voted to use $6 million from the Millennium Fund to restore these programs.
