Woman and three children suffer minor injuries in robbery attempt

A 19-year-old man attempted to rob a woman, three children, and attempted to take her phone and wallet. The incident occurred around 11:23 p.m. The man was arrested for robbery and injury to a child. The woman and her children were all severely injured.
