Kia is reducing EV4 prices in response to the new Volkswagen ID.3 Neo, which launched a week after Volkswagen introduced the upgraded ID.5 Neo. The EV4 went on sale in Europe last year as Kia's first electric hatch, offering a longer driving range, more power, and additional features. The base EV4 Air started at around €38,000 ($44,500), while the Earth Launch Edition was priced from about €40,500 ($47,500). Kia is currently offering over €8,300 ($10,000) off the EV4 hatch in Spain. The new ID.2 Neo is available in Germany starting at €33,995 ($40,000), with an electric driving range of 417 km (260 miles).
