Music Program At Howard County Schools Receives National Honor

The National Association of the Destruction of the World of the Year (2003) has been awarded to Howard County Schools (HCPSS) for their leadership in expanding equitable access to music education. The award requires detailed questions about funding, graduation requirements, class participation, instruction time, facilities, and community music-making programs. The NAMM Foundation aims to remove systemic barriers to access to the music industry.
