Evanston Police Cite 147, Arrest 2 During St. Patrick's Day Enforcement

The Evanston Police Department has issued numerous citations during the St. Patrick's Day holiday period, with two people being arrested for impaired driving. The department joined forces with other local law enforcement agencies in the "It's Not a Game" campaign, which is funded by federal highway safety funds.
