Local bride is having her special day alongside George Strait concert

Bella Sikes and her soon-to-be-fiancé, John Coffman, have been planning their wedding for over a year. The couple chose to celebrate at the Frazier Pavilion on Texas Tech's campus in honor of all the alumni in her family. However, the plan was thwarted when George Strait performed at the AT&T Jones Stadium on April 25th. Despite initial issues with places to stay, parking, and uninvited guests, Bella and her mother, Amy Sikes, have managed to resolve these issues. The wedding is set to take place on the campus of Texas Tech, with the only issue being parking.
