Police in Osaka City have arrested a 30-year-old man and 23-year old man for allegedly stealing 5.5 million yen in cash during a bogus cocaine deal. The suspects allegedly assaulted the victim with a baton-like weapon and then fled with the cash. Police believe several other accomplices were involved in the crime.
