The clock featured in the 1945 film, Brief Encounter, is returning to its original home in its 80th anniversary. The film, directed by David Lean and starring Celia Johnson and Trevor Howard, is about two married strangers who fall in love at a railway station. The clock was removed from the station in 2020 for restoration and will officially be returned to display later.
