The property was listed for sale Dec. 11, 2025, and accepted an offer on March 2. The home also features views of Mount St. Helens and Mount Adams, and an office space with built-in cabinets. The location near the Springwater Golf Course, Milo McIver State Park and the Clackamas River is considered an ideal location for home buyers.
