Police have identified a 24-year-old woman from Montreal as the pedestrian who was hit and killed on the southbound Lodge freeway in Detroit, Michigan, on March 27. The driver of the hit-and-run vehicle fled the scene and police have located the vehicle and are investigating whether any charges are warranted. The victim's identity is not publicly disclosed.
