A man, identified as Bernard Goutier, has been arrested following a stabbing incident in New Haven, Connecticut. The incident occurred around 4:49 p.m. on the 300 block of Ashmun Street and was reportedly caused by a dispute. The victim was taken to the hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries. Goutie was charged with second-degree assault and held on a $150,000 bond.
