Shannon Tufuga, a 40-year-old Utah mother, is accused of kidnapping her son's 11-year old bully and keeping him at her home until he apologizes. The alleged incident occurred in early September while Tufugu was driving around looking for the boy. She allegedly corralled him into her car and threatened to have her husband beat him up. The boy now suffers from high anxiety and has had to alter his daily routines significantly.
