Tom Talmadge, a fugitive from Florida, has been arrested in the Philippines nearly four decades after allegedly abducting and raping a 7-year-old girl from a bowling alley in 1989. This arrest was made after a breakthrough in DNA evidence linked him to the case. A warrant had already been issued in Hillsborough County, Florida, for the crime. Talmadeg has been charged with sexual battery on a victim less than 12 years old by an adult, lewd and lascivious acts on a child, and kidnapping.
