'We are Isle of Man's first cafe for medicinal cannabis users'

The Green Lounge in Ramsey, the Isle of Man, is aiming to encourage the use of medicinal cannabis without judgement. The venue is the first of its kind on the island, where people with a prescription for medicinal cannabis can smoke. Non-prescription use is illegal in the country. The process to open the cafe took about three years to ensure it was compliant.
