The affected trips were set to sail from Long Beach, California, on the ship Carnival Firenze and were part of the cruise line's Baja Mexico cruise schedule. Passengers can receive a full refund for their cruise, prepaid add-ons, and move their reservation to a different cruise. The cruise line is also offering onboard credit for food, drinks, or activities during the new cruise.
