The State of New Jersey and Roxbury Township have filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration for planning to build a mass detention facility in the area. The lawsuit argues that a warehouse in Roxbury, New Jersey, is not suitable for such a large facility. The State of Florida also released images of the warehouse the administration plans to use for such purposes. Governor Mikie Sherrill stated that the proposed detention facility would not make New Jersey safer.
