A man is accused of attempting to murder his ex-girlfriend in Osceola County, Florida, after shooting into her car while she was in the driver's seat. The suspect, Josue Emmanuel Figueroa Jr., allegedly assaulted the victim at a bar and continued to harass her by phone after leaving. He then allegedly shot into the car and fled with his 4-year-old daughter in the backseat. The charges against the suspect include attempted murder, aggravated battery, discharging a firearm in public, armed burglary, child neglect, grand theft, and criminal mischief.
