For the first time in over 20 years, former Congressman for Texas, Marc Veasey, has not been on the ballot since 1992. His political career was impacted by redistricting, not voters, but by the GOP-led Legislature's decision to redraw his 33rd Congressional District into Dallas County. Despite briefly running for office, he has stated he does not see returning to politics.
