Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is collecting donations for unpaid Transportation Security Administration (TSA) employees amid the second government shutdown in six months. The airport has opened a food pantry for TSA agents and is asking for donations of non-perishables, hygiene products and baby supplies. This is not the first time the shutdown has affected security lines at the airport, with 93% of travelers clearing the line within 20 minutes. Other airports are also participating in similar efforts. Donations are subject to government ethics regulations and cannot be accepted in cash or VISA cards.
