USL goalkeeper gets red card after throwing second ball onto field

The Oakland Roots goalkeeper, Raphael Spiegel, was sent off during a match against Orange County SC, which ended 1-0 in second-half stoppage time. Instead of attempting to prevent a counterattack, Spiegel used his best tactic, throwing a second ball onto the field. This move was unsuccessful and resulted in a red card being shown when the game ended. The match was played by Orange County.
