After two decades on the Upper East Side, Philippe Chow has relocated

After over 20 years on the Upper East Side, Philippe Chow has relocated to a new flagship on Fifth Avenue, a two-story showpiece in midtown. The restaurant will officially open on March 27. The new location features the same hospitality and familiar menu as the previous location. The design of the new space has been designed by D.C.-based firm //3877 and includes expanded private dining spaces and a new concierge-style program, Nǎo, to offer loyal guests a personalized experience.
