Dr. Keely Boyer, the first female superintendent of Ector County ISD in over 100 years, has been in the role for the last year. Boyer began her career in education after a history teacher saw something in her that other teachers didn't see. She credits her dedication to students and a focus on student outcomes after school. She is proud to be part of a community of women making an impact across the Permian Basin.
