Kevin Spacey and accusers settle before civil trial

The civil case against Kevin Spacey, which had been set to go to trial in late 2026, has been settled out of court with three men who had sued him for sexual assault. The men, known as LNP, alleged that Spacey deliberately assaulted them on several occasions between 2000 and 2005. The settlement was reached after two of the men also filed civil legal cases at the High Court.
