Public health alert issued for frozen meat products sold at popular retailer

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FAIS) has issued a public health alert for frozen ready-to-eat meat products sold at Costco. The affected products may contain ham and cheese instead of turkey pesto and swiss cheese, posing a risk to people who are allergic to these ingredients. The 25.4-oz. product affected is identified as 25.5-8.5.
