Two people have died and two others are injured in a police chase in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The incident occurred when an officer attempted to stop a stolen vehicle and the driver failed to stop. The fleeing vehicle hit another vehicle and fled the scene. The driver, identified as Lee Amos Smith, is facing numerous charges including manslaughter and third-degree battery. The accident investigation is now being led by the Arkansas State Police.
