Wanted fugitive with extensive criminal history arrested in Cibolo

Aris Jamal Ransom-Powell, a 28-year-old man with an extensive criminal history, was arrested in Cibolo, Texas. The arrest took place during a joint operation between Guadalupe County deputies and San Antonio police. The suspect is currently being held in the Bexar County Adult Detention Center.
