NWS issues winter weather advisory, warnings for Oregon's Cascades

An early April storm is expected to return to the winter season in western Oregon and southwest Washington, bringing down snow elevation levels to nearly 3,000 feet. The National Weather Service has issued Winter Weather Advisories and Winter Storm Warnings for much of the Cascades. The expected snowfall is predicted to fall from five to 18 inches. However, temperatures are expected to remain above average by the weekend.
