The Colorado Rockies lost their sixth consecutive game to the Houston Astros, with a 3-1 loss at Dalkin Park. The Rockies struck out 15 times and managed just three hits, while Houston's Spencer Arrighetti fanned 10 times in his six innings. The game was marked by several key moments, including the first time in his career he walked the first three batters he faced, leading to a 2-0 lead. Starting second baseman Willi Castro and first baseman Troy Johnston both left the game after being hit by pitches. Right-hander Tanner Gordon, recently called up from Triple-A Albuquerque, pitched four scoreless innings in long relief and could potentially replace them in the starting rotation.
