Unseasonably warm weather is expected across northeast Indiana before a cold front moves through the region, bringing the threat of strong to severe storms. Temperatures are expected to reach the mid to upper 70s, well above normal for late March. Winds will increase throughout the day, with gusts reaching up to 35 mph. The Storm Prediction Center has placed the area under a Level 2, or "significant" risk for severe weather.
