Time Out Sydney has reviewed Bathers’ Pavilion, a seaside Sydney restaurant that serves Michelin-starred dining at the seaside seaside institution. The restaurant is housed in a heritage-listed Mediterranean-style building and was originally built in 1929 as a public bathing pavilion for swimmers at Balmoral. The food is always delicious and the team, overseen by restaurant manager Jessica Mead, is described as one of the finest in Sydney. Aaron Ward will become executive chef of Bather's Pavilion in late 2023, having previously worked at Ester and LuMi Dining and is set to take over from California's SingleThread, which will be the first Michelin star farm-to-table restaurant.
