Devonte Parker, 26, has been charged with three counts of aggravated battery, one count of aggravated assault, and two counts of criminal discharge of firearm. The shooting occurred on April 11 near 25th and North Grove streets in northeast Wichita. Two of the three people shot were critically injured. Police presented their case to the Sedgwick County District Attorney's Office and charged Parker the next day. The next hearing is scheduled for May 11.
