Popular Fashion Apparel Chain For Teens To Shut 25 Stores: What That Means For MD

Zumiez, a popular fashion retailer for teenagers, has announced it will close an additional 25 locations in 2026 after closing 17 stores in the previous year. The company, which operates around 560 locations in the United States, posted sales gains of 4.5 percent in its fourth-quarter and fiscal-year earnings report. Despite the closings, the retailer is expected to open five new locations in North America this year.
