Barry Diller's conglomerate, IAC, is set to rebrand itself as People Inc. and focus on its publishing business and investment in MGM Resorts International. The company expects annual cost savings of around $40 million. The rebranding will be completed by Q1 of 2027. Diller will remain chairman of the company.
