Windy weather continues through the week

The weather is expected to continue to be windy, with gusts between 25 and 50 mph expected throughout the week. This will create another stretch of high fire danger across the state. The strongest winds will move in Thursday, with westerly gusts expected to reach 35 to 60 mph. The weather will also be influenced by the jet stream, which will bring increased chances of rain and thunderstorms.
