Two people have been arrested after investigators found stolen vehicles being dismantled at a home in Nashville. The suspects, identified as 20-year-old Miguel Alvarenga-Torres and a 17-year old girl, are charged with theft, vandalism, and operating a chop shop. Both are being held on $50,000 bail.
