Homeless Man Indicted On Nashua Arson, Restraint, Domestic Violence Charges: Hillsborough County Indictments

Hillsborough County, Massachusetts, has indicted a homeless man on felony theft by unauthorized taking charges, including arson, criminal restraint, and domestic violence charges. Edwin Flores is accused of stealing over $1,500 worth of merchandise from Polo Ralph Lauren at the Merrimack Premium Outlet Mall in 2023. Johnathan Gerald, who allegedly started a fire at D&R Towing in Nashua, allegedly caused more than $1000 in damage to a Toyota Tacoma owned by another person. Other defendants include Natasha Jackson, Alissa Selena Gutierrez, Nathan Allan Ladue, and Jason Lambert. Roger Jones, a Tier III sex offender accused of providing a false address in Milford and failing to register with Milford police. Nathan Ladue is also accused of driving while intoxicated and causing an arm fracture on Ferry Street in Hudson.
