Arrest made in Sacramento shooting that killed 28-year-old

The suspect, 29-year-old Ricardo Hernandez, has been arrested and charged with murder for the shooting death of a 28-year old man in Sacramento. The shooting occurred around 9:45 a.m. on Tuesday morning and the victim was transported to the hospital where he was declared dead. The suspect is accused of arguing with the victim and then fleeing in his vehicle.
