Fayette County District Attorney Mike Aubele is investigating allegations of sexual activity between Laurel Highlands High School JROTC instructor Daniel Cervone and former student, Martin Gatti, who also teaches at the school, has been charged with institutional sexual assault, corruption of minors, and unlawful contact with a minor. The allegations have raised questions about whether existing safeguards and reporting requirements were consistently followed. Fayette County DA Mike Auble has urged all parties involved to come forward and investigate allegations of child pornography.
