However, a cold front is set to move through south Mississippi and Southeast Louisiana, pushing temperatures back to 70 degrees by Sunday morning. This could result in significant changes in weather conditions, with scattered showers and thunderstorms possible, but the best chance of significant rainfall is in Southwest Mississippi. If the front does not arrive, potential fire weather concerns could develop.
