A study conducted by the American Institute for Boys and Men/Ipsos has revealed that only 3% of Americans are familiar with prediction markets, 3% use them, and 91% believe they are financially risky. The study, conducted online from February 27-March 1, found that 52% of respondents believe online sports betting is bad for society, compared to 38% who believe prediction markets are bad.
